Terms

Plain-language beta terms for using Huske's invite-only project-memory service.

Beta notice / Effective July 18, 2026

Invite-only beta

Huske is preview software. Features, provider integrations, availability, storage behavior, and support processes can change while the product is hardened. The beta has no published uptime or response-time guarantee.

Intended use

Use Huske to organize project, service, link, cost, provider, capture, decision, and operational metadata that you are authorized to handle. Huske is not a secrets manager, legal archive, accounting ledger, production control plane, or source-code repository.

Prohibited content

Do not submit API keys, passwords, private keys, database credentials, regulated data, malware, unlawful content, or other information you are not entitled to process. Context analysis includes secret detection, but that safeguard is not a substitute for careful input review.

Connected providers

You authorize the provider connections you initiate and remain responsible for their account permissions. Huske uses connected metadata flows for GitHub, GitLab.com, Bitbucket Cloud, Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, and Railway. Huske archive, cleanup, disconnect, purge, and Project Agent actions do not cancel subscriptions or modify provider resources unless a flow expressly says otherwise.

Project Agent

Project Agent grants are scoped, expiring credentials for a saved context pack. Suggestions are staged for human review. You are responsible for reviewing agent output and any downstream code or system changes; a Huske grant does not authorize provider, billing, DNS, secret, or deployment changes.

Data control

You can export workspace records, preview a conservative restore, disconnect or purge providers, and schedule workspace deletion. Workspace records are recoverable for 30 days after deletion is scheduled, then become eligible for permanent purge. Identity/account and waitlist-email requests are handled separately by email.

Billing

Stripe and paid subscriptions are not active in the current beta. These terms do not establish a paid plan, refund policy, or billing commitment. Paid-product terms will be provided before charging users.

Questions

Email hello@huske.io with terms, access, or support questions. These beta terms describe the current service without creating compliance certifications or enterprise service commitments.
