A factual beta summary of the information Huske handles, the services involved, and the controls available to you.
Beta notice / Effective July 18, 2026
Account and access data
Clerk handles sign-in identity and session data. Huske stores the workspace and user identifiers needed to scope records server-side. Waitlist and contact flows can store an email address and delivery status; Resend is used for related email when configured.
Workspace memory
Huske stores workspace-scoped projects, services, links, roles, owners, costs, notes, decisions, captures, cleanup context, approved suggestions, provider references, and activity records. Private project logos or screenshots can be stored in Vercel Blob when media storage is configured.
Provider connections
Connected GitHub, GitLab.com, Bitbucket Cloud, Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, and Railway accounts provide metadata used for setup and read-only provider facts. Provider tokens are stored encrypted for server-side use. Disconnect removes the credential; purge removes provider facts, sync history, and provider activity history while preserving user-approved Huske memory.
Chrome extension captures
The extension sends the active page URL, title, and user-supplied capture context to the exact https://huske.io/* production host. Captures enter a staged review flow before approval. Extension storage retains the configured Huske app URL; activeTab access applies when you invoke the extension on a page.
Context analysis
Pasted or uploaded project context is kept in this browser for up to seven days of inactivity so an interrupted setup can recover on this device. Raw text and file contents are not stored in Huske's database. Huske detects and redacts likely secrets before analysis, can send redacted text to OpenAI when that optional integration is configured, and otherwise uses rules. Temporary server drafts contain only redacted analysis and allow-listed setup choices.
Hosting, telemetry, and protection
Vercel hosts the web app and provides Analytics and Speed Insights. Neon provides PostgreSQL persistence. Sentry receives scrubbed error telemetry only when configured. Cloudflare Turnstile can process anti-abuse challenge data when configured. Huske does not currently use Stripe or an active billing flow.
Export, restore, and retention
Editable forms can keep allow-listed recovery drafts on this device and in the authenticated workspace for seven days after the last change. Secrets, tokens, destructive confirmations, raw context, and uploaded file contents are excluded from server drafts. You can discard a recovery draft, and successful completion clears it. Workspace export does not include local recovery data or temporary form drafts. Restore previews first and skips history, captures, suggestions, provider facts, metrics, and credentials.
Workspace deletion and recovery
Workspace deletion locks access immediately. Huske workspace records remain recoverable for 30 days and then become eligible for scheduled permanent purge. The control does not delete a Clerk identity/account or waitlist email record.
